Light is the essence of all life on this planet; an energy that, while intangible, can persuade someone to feel or perceive a moment in a certain way —a force which is capable of guiding the human heart to experience a wide range of emotions or an unimaginable discovery about oneself and the world around them. How lucky am I to have a hand in that? To help shape someone's time in this world and help guide them through an emotional journey.  Also, lighting design is just cool as hell.

Sammy Webster is an award-winning lighting designer from Nashville, Tennessee. He now resides in Southern California, where he received his Master of Fine Arts in 2025 from San Diego State University. He also holds a BS in Video and Film Production from Middle Tennessee State University. He works in a multitude of live performance types, such as theater, concerts, corporate events, and more.
